Licensed in real estate since 2005, Patrick Keating brings over two decades of experience, integrity, and results to every transaction. Starting his career in New Jersey, Patrick quickly earned a reputation for strong negotiation skills, ethical representation, and client-first service—principles that would become the foundation of his future brokerage.
In 2016, Patrick relocated to Florida as a single father of three, seeking a brighter future for his family and the educational opportunities the state had to offer. Alongside building a life for his children, he laid the groundwork for something bigger: It’s YOUR Move Property Group Inc., which opened its doors in 2021. Today, he holds active licenses in both New Jersey and Florida and has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes across both markets.
Patrick founded his boutique brokerage with a mission: to raise the bar for ethical standards in Tampa Bay real estate. He believes every client deserves elite representation—complete with undivided loyalty, full fiduciary duty, and personalized service typically reserved for high-net-worth clientele.
Within the brokerage, his team, The Luxury Group, caters to discerning buyers and sellers of luxury homes, new construction, waterfront estates, and exclusive country club properties.
When he’s not serving clients, Patrick enjoys golfing, driving Porsches on Florida's back country roads, and soaking in the coastal lifestyle of Florida’s central Gulf Coast. These passions now shape his expanding focus into niche markets, connecting with fellow car enthusiasts, golfers, and beachfront buyers seeking a lifestyle—not just a home.
